Since every shirt is printed on demand just for you, we operate a bit differently than traditional retailers. We don't hold inventory, which means we can't accept returns for change of mind — but we absolutely have your back if something goes wrong.
Here's exactly what we cover and what we don't.
02 — WE'VE GOT YOU
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your shirt arrives damaged, with print errors, or isn't what you ordered — we'll send you a free replacement or issue a full refund. No questions asked.
WRONG ITEM SENT
If we (or our print partners) messed up and sent the wrong product, we'll fix it immediately at no cost to you.
SIZE EXCHANGES
Ordered the wrong size? We'll exchange it. You cover the return shipping, we'll send the new size free of charge.
03 — WHAT WE DON'T COVER
CHANGE OF MIND
Since your shirt is printed specifically for you, we can't accept returns for buyers remorse. Choose wisely — you're committing to being offensive.
INCORRECT SIZING
If you ordered the wrong size, we'll exchange it but can't offer a refund. Check the size guide before ordering — it's there for a reason.
ITEMS WORN OR WASHED
We can't process returns or exchanges on items that have been worn or washed. Keep tags on until you're sure.
04 — HOW TO START
Got an issue? Here's what to do:
1. Email us at cancelmecasuals@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
2. Include your order number and a photo of the issue if applicable.
3. We'll get back to you within 48 hours with a resolution.
